A platform for Hip Wo volunteers to be official sports-interpreters
Recently, 14 students comprising of different nationalities were invited to be a part of a strong interpretation team for the 3rd Asian Youth Athletics Championships. This in fact was a marvelous opportunity for the students to contribute to the sports and act as Hong Kong ambassadors while looking after the athletes. We believe that in the process, our students’ skills in foreign language abilities; knowledge of Olympic sports and experience in working as a volunteer at sporting events has significant impact and moments of truth.
