Infusing Painting with Poetry
Cai Nga Kuen, our S4 student, won the First Runner-up prize in the Poster Image Creation Competition organized by Love Foundation School Campus Life Engineering - a charitable organization which promotes life education in schools. Hundreds of entries were received by the organizer.
Titled Accompany, Nga Kuen’s work was inspired by the artistic style of traditional Chinese ink painting and the poem of a Tang Dynasty poet, Li Yuk. As commented by the judges, Nga Kuen’s poster expresses her love towards her father and exemplifies exceptional drawing techniques. We congratulate Nga Kuen for her outstanding achievement and will continue to help her reach her full potential.
