English Summer Camp

Our *L.E.A.P. students recently attended an English Camp organized by the E.F.C.C. Kwun Tong Church hoping to enjoy the stunning nature in Pak Heung while learning English in an interactive way. The 3-Day/2-Night summer camp was full to the brim with fun-filled outdoor activities conducted in English, from making beautiful bottle gardens to stargazing in the wilderness at night. Students reflected that not only was their confidence in speaking English enhanced but they also appreciated the chance to interact with professionals across various sectors. They are very much looking forward to other L.E.A.P. activities in the coming year.

*L.E.A.P. stands for Language Enhancement Ambassador Programme, which is an initiative to enhance students’ English proficiency through one-on-one guidance, self-learning curriculum and the summer English immersion programme in Nova Scotia, Canada. The overseas programme is temporarily replaced by local English activities due to the current pandemic situation.
